Emma Woodlock Dip L.S IILEX. Legal Executive & Commissioner for Oaths

Emma Woodlock joined Able Solicitors in 2008 having previously gained extensive experience in all areas of legal practice. She was awarded her Diploma in Legal Studies for IILEX(Irish Institute of Legal Executives) in 2008 from Griffith College Dublin and she is a now a Full Member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives.?Emma was recently appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by Chief Justice Susan Denham in July 2013.

Emma works on behalf of a broad range of clients in Able Solicitors in the Private Client & Commercial Departments of the firm. She specialises in Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Licensing Law. Within the Commercial Division of Able Solicitors, Emma is a key member of the team and works in Company Formations, Shareholder’s/ Partnership Agreements and Employment Law representing both Employees and Companies in the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Court and the Equality Tribunal. She places particular emphasis on providing a high level of professional legal service with client care at its core.
